We walked in saw the perfect bed at the entrance was shown around to the rest of the store by the salesman and gave us a good discount and left short and sweet

Talked to Ash on phone. Met in store later. Very nice guy though thought he could use assistance as he was bouncing around customers. But pleasant experience due to him.

Ivan was very Welcoming and served us well. Explained to us clearly about the product.

The service was exceptional, the sales advisor was very helpful and provided a1 customer service and care. He understood very quickly our requirements and adapted profoundly.

The STAFF , were friendly and cared about what I wanted. Ash went above and beyond and I got the bed I wanted for a good price. He spent time firstly exploring what I wanted , then sourced it and spent time on the phone arranging it to be delivered. I was really Happy with the service and thats why I will always recommend your services to future friends, family and Colleagues.

When we walked into store, we were quickly approached by Ash who was very friendly. With the information we had given, he showed us through all the matresses and explained how each one worked. We were really interested in the tempur mattress but was slightly out of our price range so he then showed us the pocket premier 2200 D mattress which we loved! He then showed us the 20% off the bed and mattress and head boards so we ended up taking the whole bed and head board with two tempur pillows! Overall Ash was not pushy with his selling he made it seem like he really cared as to what we wanted. He even went away and wrote how much two different beds would have been per month and deposits. Him and his colleague kept offering us tea and coffee throughout our visit in store. I felt this was some of the best costumer service I've ever experienced yet!! So thank you.

I was served by a gentleman called Ivan, he engaged me as soon as I walked in and understood my needs and budget and found a superior product within that remit.
