The lady in the Slough store (Khadeeja Aamina) was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient and very polite as we walked round the store sampling all the beds (and ruining a few displays in the process). Her bed knowledge was second to none and we felt completely comfortable buying a bed there and then from her. We even asked for her honest opinion about whether we should shop around before making this big purchase and felt she was genuine and trustworthy with her response. A real credit to your company. We will be recommending you to all our friends/family.

Very knowledgable guy looked after me, understood my needs, made me a coffee, no rush to decide. Very much liked the simple coding system on the beds, made it very simple to choose.
