Ash was extremely knowledgable of the products and put me in the right direction when I advised what sort of mattress I was looking for. I walked into the store with no idea of what to look for and Ash's knowledge on teh products helped me decide what to go for.

we were welcomed to the store very warmly and the professional sales person(Mr.Peter) listened to our requirements, showed and explained the different product ranges for beds, mattresses and pillows, answered very politely and professionally to all our questions and helped us to purchase the best within our budget. He placed the orders very quickly and arranged the quickest possible delivery for us. We are very happy and satisfied with the purchase and the service provided by the Dreams store, Slough.

Great customer service from Ash

Ash who was my sales man was very friendly offered drinks...great customer care. He assisted me with everything even ran around the shop getting me different pillows to try...I even brought 4 pillows .. Ash from the bathroad slough store was brilliant..the manager Abdul was extremely polite and assisted aah with our purchase... I will go back to this particular branch and I will send friends and family to see ash from this store.

Ash had an amazing friendly and professional attitude, he talked us through the different products, smoothly insisted for us to try the different mattresses and pillows and take our time to ascertain the best option for us. He clearly knows the product well and we found his suggestions really helpful. All in all a really good purchasing experience.

The store was quiet so there was plenty of opportunity to look around and consider the options as well as investigate items that we may need in the future. Abdul, the member of staff, was friendly and welcoming however his greatest service was that he was not pushy. We ended up buying more that we had originally intended because he gave us time to browse and think.. It also helped that there was a great range of options available.
