The Sales person was very highly knowledgeable. He described the product in very much detail include the pros and cons according to our need. He mentioned that he will be able to do a price match if product we have purchased go down in sale price before delivery. In all a very good experience at the store

Ash is an excellent sales man - very attentive and spent a lot of time with us to ensure that we got the best possible products for us. The overall atmosphere in the Bath Road, Slough branch is of an extremely friendly and happy team.

I was struggling to make a decision online and that problem was quickly solved when i went into the Slough branch and was aided by Ash, a member of staff. He helped me make a decision with regards to getting extra storage which I wouldn't of known if he didn't say. Also when it came to purchasing the sofa bed i found the paper work and formalities real quick and easy flowing.

I was very satisfied with my purchase in dreams & also the guy that served me was very polite & helpful & friendly.

Needing a new mattress for a 4foot small double bed, I looked at a couple of catalogues and also a couple of other stores who either did not do the size I required or were far too expensive.

The assistance listened and responded professionally to our needs and requirements.

Ash, who served us, came to us as soon as we entered the shop, listened to what we wanted and showed us the options. He was friendly, gave us time to try out the beds and to discuss between ourselves which we liked best. He was there when we wanted him, but gave us space to decide. He made the experience pleasant by offering coffee and by being light-hearted about the slightly embarrassing business of trying out beds and pillows. We entered the store thinking that we'd just have a look at options here and then possibly compare elsewhere. In a very short time we had decided to make the purchase in that store and the only question was which one. I call that a good sale and a good customer experience.

I got many help by the seller for: - make a good decision according which product for which type people fine and why - I looked best price/value items, and I got them, the seller satisfy me that, the used mattress which sent back some customers, really are in good conditions - I dont want to buy brand new items originally, but the seller behave properly explained for me, why better if I choice many brand new items, and this is why I finally bought Mattress protectors, more sets, and brand new duvets, etc My girlfriend want if we going to IKEA to buy there cheapest things, but I saw the seller not just want to selling something, he really have experiences and good advice according the mattress and other products - and resting really comfortable way can helping better regenerating for my family, and than the people have less stress and conflict problems So thank you
