Itesh was welcoming from the moment I walked into the store. He greeted me with a smile and an offer of help. His product knowledge was excellent and we were quickly able to identify my new bed. The whole process was efficient and easy to follow. I left the store having had a very pleasant experience and achieved my aim. A new bed that I look forward to enjoying. Thank you.

As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted by a very pleasant member of staff, who made me feel welcome instantly. He asked me whether I have been to the store before and if I was looking for anything in particular. He offered to give me a quick explanation about different options of mattresses, which is what I was after. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and I was happy that he approached me, instead of me trying to figure out the differences between products. I did not feel pressured into buying the most expensive product. Also, I appreciate that I was given some time on my own to try the mattress. I was in the store on the last day of Sales and did not have much time so I had doubts if I would have enough time to choose the mattress. Thanks to the staff member I managed to get information, try out several different products, ask questions and buy my mattress. A friend of mine told me I would need at least half a day to choose one, but I have managed to do everything including the purchase in an hour and I did not feel rushed. Huge thank you.

Your employee Morris is an absolute asset and credit to your company. He was friendly, informed, charming and has left my partner and I talking about him and his lovely nature to friends and family ever since our visit to the store. He recognised our needs and our budget and helped us to pick a product accordingly. I cannot stress enough that had it not been for his wonderful assistance, I'm not sure we would have bought anything! Well done dreams for recognising his ability and employing him!

On arriving at the store I was approached by a Sales person by the name of Ash. Ash was very helpful and listened carefully to what I required. He suggested two different types of matresses and spoke about the pro's and cons relating to them. He also went that extra mile by offering myou mother a cup of coffee. My mother was pleased with the hospitality and commented that it was a lovely cup of coffee and gesture. The overall customer service and Ash's professionalism helped us make a decision to purchase a mattress from Dreams. Thank you to Ash for making our visit a memorable one. I am extremely happy with the service I received at Dream, from the moment I stepped into the store my sales advisor made my visit very pleasant . There were so many beds and mattresses to choose from but Ash made this a really easy choice for me, he showed me a wide range of ottoman beds and mattresses but the Evert ottoman bed stood out the most. Ash was extremely helpful, friendly and I could tell he had a lot of experience and knowledge on the products. Overall I am highly satisfied with my purchase and experience at Dreams, I will definitely be recommending Dreams especially the Slough branch to friends and family.

Layout of the store and clarity of the different product options on offer was excellent. Ash who assisted me was great, he welcomed me to the store and offered drinks whilst i was browsing, made himself available for any questions i had and then went out of his way to do everything he could to assist me when i was ready. I returned the next day to purchase from him specifically and the service was just as excellent as the day before in every way.
