Dreams - Slough

My initial visit was to acquire two small single mattresses toppers. There was no hard sell from I think an Assistant Manager( and I was impressed with his courtesy, the absence of any hard sell and his knowledge of the products in the Store. I mulled over the facts he gave me and the following day I again called into the Slough Store and was served by Melissa and again I was impressed with her friendly courtesy when she served me and her helpful advice and I was happy to purchase two pillows and order two zip lined small single mattresses. So on two visits to the Store I was hugely impressed with the service I received.

the assistant was very helpful in sourcing the right mattress for our child, and was able to get 2 of them at very good price, and helped us get the best overall deal. Very pleased with the service, great flagship for the company and will be definitely be purchasing future beds from Dreams.

I was highly satisfied with my visit at the Slough Dreams as I was pleasantly greeted by a petite blonde Lady who helped me find exactly what mattress I needed by kindly letting me use the sleep-match machine.She guided me through all types of mattress’ and what would be best for the support of my back which was extremely helpful.I was very impressed with her wide variety of product knowledge.Overall I was very satisfied with my visit and I could not recommend this store enough!:)

I was greeted and served in the slough store by a gentleman called Morris. I honestly hope these comments get back to him as he’s honestly the best salesman across all sectors I’ve ever dealt with! I work I’m customer experience myself and I’d be happy to offer him a job. He was Knowledgeable, friendly,helpful, even looked up my last order to make sure I had the perfect fit!! A*** is not enough! You’ve got a great team member in your store. After not sleeping for months. I’m not back to sleeping again. Will never be able to thank him enough!!
