We were welcomed by Ivan. He was very helpful and offered us coffee. We liked the fact he was able to provide us with all the information we needed quickly and give us nice options (colour etc.) We left buying exactly what we needed.

My Husband and I found the whole experience of shopping for our new bed and mattress very relaxing , no pressure put upon us to buy , the assistant was very professional and friendly.

1st visit to Dreams ever. The sales person (Abdul) was very friendly and knowledgeable about products being sold at Dreams. He ensured to inform us of the product range, pros, cons of the products and catered by understanding our need. Very good team member and made our visit a walk in the park.

Excellent customer service by ash, was approached promptly after entering the store. Was offered tea and coffee. We had a man in a wheelchair and ash was superb helped us help him try the mattress out. Thank you ash for a great experience

Visited twice saw same young man each time, friendly,helpful,knowledgeable but not pushy the right balance. Information given but then left to explore ourselves.

Peter who served us was very helpful, took us straight to the products we wanted when we told him what we were looking for, gave us good information on the difference of the products and then gave us space to make a decision. Once we were ready to place the order he was very helpful and efficient

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store , as we had a good idea of what we required Peter was able to show us straight away a range of products that fitted our requirements he wasn't pushy in anyway, and was very friendly and helpful.As we had been looking for a few days in various other retailers I didn't feel as if I wanted to leave the store straight away.
