The assistant was knowledgeable and helpful and friendly

Staff very helpful and left us to browse at our leisure. We were offered tea or coffee which we thought was a nice gesture. Our delivery drivers Tyshan and Malang were efficient, courteous, pleasant and friendly also on time.

We were treated with utmost courtesy and patience by Ash (?), who put no pressure at all on us to take any particular product, but was always on hand to explain the features of every product and to answer our questions and queries.

On both visits someone asked whether we wanted help and then let us look round and were available when we had questions.

The choice was extensive and Ivan the assistant made the whole experience easy.

Warm friendly greeting by Abdul. Explained the difference between all the products clearly. Attentive but not pushy. Offered tea/coffee.

Ivan was very helpful and friendly , quality of products quite good we purchased from this place before and it's good.

Ash was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. He was also really friendly and engaging. Excellent Customer Service (better than previous experiences in the same store).
