This was the first time I have used Dreams, I found the salesman very nice .There was no pushing to buy a certain product and when I said I felt that the item shown me was not what I wanted he asked me in a polite and non embarrassing way if I would like to look at some less expensive ones which I did. because of his manner it resulted in us buy the mattress. No problems with the delivery. so overall this is the reason I was highly satisfied. I must also say I was very pleased with the salesman good customer attitude, the customer comes first .

I found exactly what I was looking for and the salesperson was very helpful in saving me money on the mattress I wanted by pointing out a display one which we were very happy to accept but when I asked for the details and pricing to be written down so I could think it over I was told it was a one of offer to be taken now or it would not be available again as an obvious pressure move to close the deal and I was very disappointed to find out why this was as just the next day the bed frame I had ordered was reduced by a further £100 thus reducing my discount for taking the display mattress I would assume that the staff knew that was going to be a further reduction hence the hard sell.

It met my expectations in terms of product, price, choice, customer service and speed of signature.

Ash was very helpful and friendly, took note of what kind of bed we would like and found an ideal one after only looking at 4, we are very happy.

When I walked into the store I was greeted in a very polite an professional way. Morris was very efficient, knowledgeable and patience. He took his time to listen and understand what I was after and explained different kind of mattresses. I would highly recommend Morris as the Dreams representative and I will definitely come back to this store.

Humza was very helpful, not pushy, and did a good deal for us on our mattress and pillows. Excellent service.

Staff had good knowledge of mattresses and made us feel at home whilst choosing.
