I was very impressed with the service we received from Dreams. We were served by a delightful assistant - Ash. He assessed what type of matress we needed and then was very patient with us when we realised a normal height bed was too high for us. He then gave us all the options and helped measure the beds. What impressed us was that he seemed to sense when we needed to be left alone to discuss our options between us. An excellent salesman who was very explicit about each item on our invoice.

Excellence customer service and the person who was dealing with us was very friendly and helpful, the staff was nice , as they gave my little toddler a balloon :)
