Amazing customer service by Ash which is rare these days. Went through all the best available options not just the highest priced one first. Took time and felt he really cared about his job and me buying the best product

I was given excellent service predominantly by Abdul and also by Humza on the day. He greeted me as I walked into the shop with a smile, he explained the store layout as it did look quite confusing and then surprisingly unlike staff in other retailers, he actually let me have a look around comfortably. He also offered me a drink which was a very kind gesture and even found my perfect pillow. I didn't know a pillow could make such a difference. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received at Dreams Slough store and would definetely purchase here again due to Abdul and Humza.

Ash was our sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable, he had a great balance between being informative, helpful and allowing us time to make a decision without being pressurised.

Quick efficient and friendly service

Ash, who served us was very patient and answered questions to our satisfaction. We were really impressed with his patience with our repetition of questions and did not make us feel 'stupid' . That is quite important to us.

Firstly the staff were friendly without being pushy which I cannot stand. I was assisted by a young man called Ash who was excellent in all aspects of the visit and as someone who has a customer service background I know what I am talking about.

The assistant was very knowledgeable, courteous and very accommodating at all times. He was patient and very polite . Overall I felt very satisfied with the service

The assistant was very lovely and not pushy at all. He listened to our needs and showed us relevent products. When teething the products he gave us space so we could discuss them without him breathing down our next so we didnt feel pressured at all.
