I walked through the door of your Slough Branch to be greeted by a genuine, friendly smile I did not feel intimidated whatsoever, unlike walking through Furniture Village. Morris took the time to listen to me, what I was looking for & helped me to choose the bed & mattress of my Dreams (sorry, I couldn't resist that one!). He really is a credit your company & I would be most grateful if you could pass on my appreciation & gratitude to be served by such a professional salesman. I will be going back to that store in the new year to buy my Mother a new bad also. WONDERFUL, JUST WONDERFUL !!!

Customer service was very good especially the attention we received from the salesperson in store. She was really patient and took time to explain different types of mattresses and offered us the best product we could get which was within our budget.
