Khalid at the Slough Bath Road store was extremely helpful, informative and efficient. I was given time to try different products and offered alternative options at differing prices before making my decision and purchasing my new bed. His approach really customer focussed and provided the product meets expectations I will definitely recommend Dreams and use you in the future

The help and support from the sales assistance was great. He understood exactly what we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the products. It was a very pleasant experience.

Ash the assistant was very helpful as soon as we walked into the store. He had excellent product knowledge and was very keen to help. He offered us refreshments which we found very pleasing. On purchase of the product he explained all aspects clearly, concisely and dealt with the purchase very quickly and professionally. It was refreshing to deal with a person in a sales transactions who wasn't pushing us to complete the purchase. Instead he made sure we had all the information we needed to be completely happy with our product. He is a credit to the store and company.

The Assistant Movin Morris was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patience and experienced. His speech and explanation about the product we bought was very convincing and detailed. During our visit today, we recognized him as he served us about 4-5 years back when we bought two children beds and we remembered that he was very friendly and informative that time too. we will definitely recommend our family and friends to visit Dreams in Slough.

We found the bed and mattress we wanted, Khaid who servered us couldn't have been more helpfull. What impressed us that he remembered us from our previous visit, not pushy just let us browse. We have purchased a mattress from the same shop previously and have been highly satisfied.

Apart from the quality of your products, the best asset for your brand is your staff. Mr. Morris was of assistance to me that day and was the best ever salesman I've ever met. He was honest, friendly, very understanding and was happy to show all the right range of products I was looking for. He listened to all my wife's requirements and suggested the products that she instantly liked. When we were ready to make the purchase,heexplained us the discount the store was running that day, told us in detail about the warranty benefits and how that would benefit us. If I need to buy another bed I would never look beyond Dreams and Mr. Morris.
