I was very satisfied with the service. I was greeted when I arrived and Ivan asked some qualifying questions to understand our requirement. He then simply and quickly took us through options to enable us to make an informed choice.

The salesman Morris took time to understand my needs and he guided me very well in deciding my choice. Dreams has a very wide variety of beds to cater for people's different tastes and affordability.

Ash at the slough branch was absolutely fantastic. He was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. An excellent sales person, I would have bought the store if I had the time and money! A happy sales person makes all the difference. An asset to your company.

Ash served me. Very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn't do enough to help and he even offered us a cup of tea which after a long day at work then straight to the store was much appreciated.

sales assistant- Humana was very friendly and his product knowledge was very good. Very helpful and making the purchase was very straight forward and he explained everything to us.

Ivan was very friendly and helpful, he was not a typical pushy salesman at all. Everything I asked he could answer or happily went away to retrieve the answer. He was clear when explain N the information and happy to show me demos for the ottoman and sofa bed. He did everything he could to get the best price possible.
