Ash was very quick and efficient in helping us choose a divan, showing us all the different types. Ash was very Knowledgeable of the products and very efficient in dealing with the paperwork and delivery date. Well done

I was very keen to leave with a bed and mattress from store on the day. I was directed to my options for this request whilst being advised of the next available delivery if I could not find what I wanted within my time frame. The delivery time offered was the fastest of any other shop I had attended previously that morning . I did find what I wanted in store. Having found my choice of bed frame I was happily surprised to find it had been reduced. The store manager dismantled the bed and helped me to my van with it. An appropriate mattress was suggested and bought. I was given some complementary pillows once we had purchased. The sheets and pillow cases were on promotion and have washed up beautifully. What I liked ...assistance with no pushiness... some light humour...no attempt to sell up to more expensive items. Suggestions were made within the budget I set. Good service. Thank you

I went to Dreams at Bath Road Slough, Morris was so helpful with regards to what sort of mattress to buy as well as the bed. He explained everything in an easy to understand way.

Very friendly and helpful, not pushy which made all the difference. Abdul greated me and explained the colour coding and helped me through every detail of finding the right mattress, I was in store 2 hours and encouraged to try different pillows and relax on beds as long as I needed. At no time did I feel pressured. I was 100% impressed with all the staff I met..Ash made a very nice cup of tea! Maurice Assisted with a tape measure lol! We went to dreams to buy a mattress and what a mattress we ended up buying... we chose the tempur cloud deluxe for its softness. It is quite an expensive mattress but giving the 0% Apr and the 100 Night Trial period from Tempur, we went for it. The mattress is still due to be delivered and I will update the feedback after a few nights sleep on it.
