Dreams - Slough

Peter was very eager to understand if we had visited Dreams before and once he realised we were newcomers, ensured we were aware of signage and what it meant. We were then consulted on our preferences and tried out many mattresses but came back to the one we had identified early on which showed that Peter understood our requirements but had the patience to let us confirm those for ourselves. We felt totally relaxed and not influenced into a sale at any time. The final sales completion process was quick and smooth.
