I fell in Love with your Melbourne range, and wanted to buy whole bedroom sets for 3-4 rooms. I called Dreams in Slough and spoke to Mr Movin Morris who was very kind and had time to listen to all my questions about the products and also advising. He suggested that I should come down to the shop and see the products and then we could discuss colour, design etc. Saturday we went to Dreams in Slough and Mr. Movin received us and asked for tea coffee, no stress. Whilst me and my husband was discussing colour etc Mr Movin was very patience and added in when needed with answers. finally after deciding the products around closing hours he had a chat with the manager Rob so we could get the best deal. We were trying to do the finance and even after closing hours Rob & Movin was trying their level best. It ended all good we purchased our goods and WE ALL LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER. Buying a house and buying furniture etc is already stressfull, so Thank you very much Mr. Movin it was the most unstressfull and good experience. I would definetely recommend DREAMS to family and friends, and especially the Slough Branch.

Khalid was very friendly and helpful throughout the visit, and patient with us, our 18 month old son wasn't well. We were offered drinks on arrival and he made up a balloon to keep Samuel distracted!

Rob@ Slough store was extremely polite and very helpfully. His Product knowledge proved invaluable in ensuring I made the correct purchase. I was very satisfied with the whole experience and will without a doubt be recommending Rob and the Slough store to all friends and family.

Was welcomed well, asked if we wanted refreshments, left to browse when appropriate. Altogether pleasant experience.

Khalid who helped me was very informative about the product and listened to my needs and recommended according to that. He also advised well on the finance agreement taking my needs into consideration.

Friendly knowledgable staff who tried hard to match a deal to one I had been offered for same bed elsewhere. Didnt try to force sell or up sell me.
