We bought our mattress in the sale at a good price. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful, and very fast with placing our order and arranging delivery.

We were very satisfied with our visit because we were greeted and then left to browse, in peace, before asking for assistance. Khalid , at the Slough store, was very helpful and calm. The whole process went without a hitch.

Sales person took time to explain everything and did not try to push us into buying something we could not afford

We had been shopping for a new mattress for some weeks and it was on our second visit to Dreams, Slough, and after receiving such excellent service from sales representative Ash, that we decided to make our purchase. He was knowledgeable and very helpful but without the high pressured sales speak that we had experienced so far with other sales reps. We were more than happy to make our purchase with Dreams and give Ash his much deserved commission.

Currently having back pain, but on a budget wanted to have something to remedy the problem. Morris was very receptive to any feedback and gave me suggestions based on what was needed. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything but spent more than I expected. He gave me assurance if I needed something changed that it would be possible within 24/48 hours. Booking the bed for delivery was fine, the store was busy but still flexible enough to help.

Very good service from Movin Morris at Slough store and able to try lots of different beds in my own time without feeling pressured.
