KHALID was my sales person and was extremely patient and helpful. Listened to my needs and helped in my selection.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Peter with a smile on his face. Spoke very well, Polite, always smiling and with a friendly tone. He spoke to us about out requirements. Showed us the relevant products on offer at your store that met our requirements. We chose a super king bed with a pocket sprund firm otho mattress. He gave us our paying options. We chose one and agreed a delivery date. The whole experience was pleasant and organising the payment was really quite which is a pleasant surprise. Peter was a great sale rep / assistant for us. Will return when we need a new bed for the kids as they get older and want double beds.

We had Ash serving us at the Slough branch and this was our second visit to him. Both times he was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable on all his prouducts and our needs. He was very honest and allowed us time to think qnd decide what we wanted whilst offering us tea and water. He was also very helpful in keeping our little 2 year old entertained whilst we made our decision. He is probably the reason we came back to dreams and ended up buying there. Very satisfied.

The staff were all very friendly and polite giving good honest guidance when required. We did not feel pressurised into purchasing which enabled us to spend time choosing the products that we did. We would definitely return. Peter served us and certainly knew how to advise us with what we wanted to purchase.

I was incredibly impressed with how Movin Morris assisted me. Buying a bed is as complex as buying a car! Ha ha! I needed a bed for my 3 year old toddler but also have people who will sleep in it maybe once every three months for one night? So it had to be suitable for the adults but not necessarily higher end as my toddler will use the bed every night. Movin was able to understand this and help me compare the mattresses effectively and honestly. When I wasn't convinced on certain products, Movin went an extra step and liaised with the store manager to try and find me a mattress amongst ex-floor and customer-returned mattresses, showing me all options (limited to my specs though and budget which was helpful to have the options limited). What a fantastic experience! Thank you!

Peter was fantastic! I had called in on 19th September and told him what I was looking for and he reserved two mattresses for me. On 20th September I went into the store and purchased one of the mattresses. Peter was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about the mattresses. I also bought two pillows as well. Very happy customer! :-)
