We were highly satisfied because we went there first time and the assistant we received from Movin was great. He explained things we were not aware off. He was very approachable and very helpful. A good family atmosphere.

Graet product but a bit expensive

I only came to check the beds but your assistant Mr Movin Morris was extremly helpful ,very friendly and very inforamtive we ended up buying the bed and mattres. I will highly recommend him and give him full marks for his excellent customer service skills 5/5.

Peter in the store was very friendly and helpful.

The sales executive that looked after me was attentive and most helpful throughout the whole time. He was polite and friendly, and for me personally, he didn't impose himself and do the hard pushy sales pitch. He allowed me to make my decision, but advised on the variety of choice that was available.

The sales guy Ash was very accommodating and assisted us in choosing the right products for us. His manager was also very helpful when placing the order and answered any questions we had.

We told the sales person exactly what we wanted and it was like he knew what we wanted. Also his knowledge of all types of bed was amazing. He talked us through out. Excellent service.

The friendliness of the staff was outstanding. I asked numerous questions which didn't phase the gentleman on the telephone and the quickness of the delivery date was excellent too.
