We were intending to buy a mattress from Argos for £500 and popped in to Dreams in Slough to take a look whilst waiting for our car to be MOT'd. Movin greeted us at the door. His manner and explanation of products and their benefits pursuaded us to buy a top of the range Tempur mattress along with not one but two Tempur mattress covers plus two Tempur pillows. Despite having spent £2000 more than we had anticipated we are delighted with the value of our purchase due to your colleague's testimonials as to the quality and benefits. His explanation that your delivery drivers were insured in case of any damage upon delivery and collection of the mattress along with the information of where the old mattress was taken to be disposed of pursuaded us that these two additions were also good value. Mr Moven Morris is one of the best sales people I have ever come across. He takes great care in researching your products and increasing his knowledge of product development and history which imparts great confidence in your products. He is a credit to your store.

Your staff memeber Ivan was very helpfull, my wife who is in a wheelchair was very happy with how he delt with her. he comes across as a very nice person, did not try to rush my wife while she was trying out different beds.

Great customer service

I was served by Peter and store manager at Slough Dreams. They were both friendly and professional - I made an error with measurements and needed to amend my order the next day and they never once made me feel awkward or a nuisance. They were very charming and went through the order with me and made the changes. Excellent store and I will return and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Dreams at Slough.
