Sales person had very good product knowledge. We were not pushed into a purchase.

Ash the salesman who helped us was very friendly and professional. He was not overly pushy and gave us space to look and decide on what we wanted and was available for any questions we had. Also I liked the fact he did not rush up to us the second we entered the store as that really puts us off as it looks desperate!!! He was knowledgeable and dealt with our order quickly and efficiently.

Khalid was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and patient whilst we tried out the different mattresses. The service he provided was of a very high standard.

Firstly the price of the bed we have chosen was by over 60% less than John Luis, helping us in upgrading the mattress. Secondly the help and friendliness of staff, Peter, made our choice easier, with his advises and knowledge of the products in store. Highly satisfied of the products we have purchased and of staff. We did and we will recommend Dreams.

The assistant was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable but not overbearing or pushy. We entered the store within the last hour of opening on a Bank Holiday but did not feel rushed nor a nuisance!
