From the moment we stepped into the store to the finalisation of our order we were highly satisfied with the friendly and professional service we received. We were warmly welcomed into the store, we were impressed by the overall cleanliness of the store and the Covid polices in place, the range of products available and the complete understanding of our needs by the sales assistant. We were given time to try out the mattrasses, the range was wide but the sales assistant directed us to the most suitable products that would meet our needs. At no time did we feel rushed or pressurised into making a decision. We left the store having completed our order very satisfactorily. We will definitely return to the store.

Anisha, we thought had just the right approach. We had been in another store earlier that day & I can only describe the difference as chalk & Cheese. So we were very happy with the instore service we received. As we have not yet received the bed we ordered, it's unrealistic to describe the service as highly satisfied, as the transaction has not been completed yet. The instore service was Highly Satisfying, just hope the delivery & installation are equally as good.

I visited the store in Slough. We were welcomed by a smiling assistant called Katie , She was very helpful, showed me all the types of bed I wanted and advised on suitability for us ! Kept her social distance and was very respectful . Explained clearly everything to me. How the process of payment and delivery worked. Made spending a lot of money very pleasant !
