Sales person not in your face when you enter shop

Personally I don't like to be pounced on as soon as I walk into a shop. I like to have a look around and then see if there is someone to help. In Dreams on the bath Road I was allowed to do this. Peter came to my aid, and was able to answer my many questions. He showed great patience when I was choosing a mattress. Gave me time, and I never felt pressured into buying. The fact that I came out with bed mattress, pillows and bedding is a result of the service. I even went back for a wardrobe the next day where I was helped further by Morris and Peter. Thank you both. You made what I thought was going to be a very stressful task, enjoyable.

Movin Morris was very helpful from the offset and was very patient despite the fact we asked lots of questions and changed our minds a few times. He was very knowledgeable on the range of products within the store and we felt we were in good hands.

Ash was brilliant. He was very welcoming and professional and answered all the questions I had. I feel like he tried his best to get me the best deal and to be honest he convinced me to buy at Dreams rather than Benson for beds. I will definitely be recommending :)

Peter was very attentive and informative, with a nice sense of humour. We were encouraged to try all the beds in the range and the specifications of each were fully explained.
