Dreams - Slough

I don't like being "jumped on" when i walk into a store by a pushy salesman. The staff (Ash) at the Slough store were not pushy at all, my wife and i were offered tea or coffee and given time to browse at our leisure. Whist the bed we were interested in didn't match our needs we decided to come back to the store (after finding our bed elsewhere) to purchase the mattress and the staff (Ash) couldn't have been more helpful, great service and highly recommended..

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful and helped us buy the matress we were looking for as well as the extras that we had not thought of such as pillows and blanket - all at good price.

Welcomed into the store by the salesman Peter with a huge smile and a very attentitive nature, nothing seemed to be to much trouble even after an hour. Highly knowledgable about the products .

We were actually on our way to Sports Direct next door when we decided to pop our head in the door at Dreams as were looking for a new bed but much later - once we entered the store we met Ash who gave us as much time as we wanted to browse (not in our face or we would have walked straight back out) and then once we saw something we liked he made his way across and asked us if we needed any help. Ash, in my opinion, is the best sales / customer focus person I have ever come across - we enjoyed his company, he knew his products and ensured we got everything we needed - he offered us refreshments and as much time as we needed to make sure we purchased the right product for us and not for Dreams - we spent over an hour and to be totally frank would not have bought anything today if it hadn't of been for Ash - he made the whole thing extremely enjoyable and would totally recommend Ash and Dreams to all friends and family - a great experience - thanks Ash!!

When we got to the store we were welcomed by Ash. I very nice, friendly guy. He asked us what we where looking for and we said I bed with storage we took us around the shop told us all about which bed has the most storage and about the wooden bored under the mattress instead of bars. He offered us tea, coffee, juice, water? Experting explained what the colours in the bed meant and how to lay of the beds to get a feel for what they are really like. We asked ash to ask more questions about payment, prices and delivery. It was all explained to us in all the detail you could ever ask for. I'm going to be honest we where going to buy a bed from bentons however after meeting Ash we changed our minds and though that such hard work should be rewarded. After sorting out prices and delivery dates we where offered tea and coffee again and passed over to Abdal, who was going to sort out finances out. He was extremely polite explained everything well and in so much detail. Ash came back over and offers us cranberry juice he had just brought. We accepted. Both Ash and Abdal are a credit to your team and you should be honoured to have them on your teams and part of your store

Both my wife and i had never purchased a mattress before. Therefore the advice and knowledge that Khalid gave us was extremely beneficial. He did not force a sale. He simply gave us appropriate options and gave us time and space to discuss these between ourselves. When we approached him to then ask about finance, again he gave us the exact information we wanted and need. He made the overall experience a pleasant, easy and straight forward one.

Today's sales executive Mr.Ash was very customer friendly, very knowledgablevof the products and also a very sales expert who convinced us to add more products to our order. His hospitality was very much appreciated as he has been offering us coffee and juices during our visit. the products were very well presented
