Dreams - Slough

I said what I wanted and mentioned a product I had found on line. I was shown it, given another option, but I preferred the one I had chosen. The speed at which everything was done. I seemed to be in and out of the shop quickly, but pleased with the transaction.

When we entered the store we were asked if we needed any assistance by movin Morris....initially we were just window shopping but then we fell in love with the product and movin was on hand to help us with any questions ( he wasn't being a pushy salesman) which we loved. He was very knowledgable and the transaction took a mater of minutes as a customer this was the speediest transaction and movin went through all terms and conditions. This has been the best customer experience for us and we will definitely be coming back to furnish our other bedrooms

Khalid assisted us and was very professional and knowledgeable on the products. Khalid took time out to understand what we were looking for and within our budget and we were very satisfied with our purchase. Many thanks

Movin Morris saw me browsing and looking at the pillows and quickly came to assist me. He explained the different types of pillows to me clearly and allowed me to lie down and test them out. He also gave good advise about the different pillows.

A very joyful experience

We were only looking for a single divan bed no draws for our grandchildren to use when stopping with us. So the assistant did not have to hard sell us as we knew exactly what we were looking for, the only question I needed a specific answer in was delivery date. We did check out another store and like for like was a similar price, dreams got the sale on this occasion as they could deliver much sooner. I await the delivery now to make it up for the grandchildren to hopefully sleep on. Cindy

I had initially placed my order on phone with Abdul from Slough store but when I reached the store to make full payment I wasn't very happy with the purchase I made on phone so Abdul helped me out with selecting another mattress and his knowledge about the products were impressive.

Peter was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in the store. He was knowledgeable about the product and was very happy for us to take our time in reaching a decision. He offered us tea or coffee and answered all questions with understanding and authority. All in all (apart from having to pay so much!) the whole experience was very good.

Peter was friendly without being intrusive. His product knowledge was excellent, and his answers to my questions were very detailed. When I told him I was a retired mechanical engineer, he pointed out the robust construction of the bed frame, which was the reason for my visit to the store. For a purchase of this magnitude I would never buy online.
