Slaesman was very courteous and helpful and his knowledge of the products was phenaminal

Peter was very welcoming the moment we arrived. He had good knowledge of the product and waited patiently while we reviewed the various options giving advice when required.

Ivan was great. He helped me find the right mattress and even though I couldn't view the frame I wanted he put me in touch with another store that had it on display. Ivan was friendly and got me a great price too.

Really knowledgeable about the products available, plenty of time to try various mattresses, didn't feel rushed.

Peter maid use coffee and I told him what I wanted .we went to7 beds and got one I liked he was very good at his job

When I first arrived at the Store Abdul asked if he could help me and I said I was just browsing but he knew instantly that I needed is guidance without saying anything. He told me where to look and explained the different colour scheme for choice of mattresses and where the bases were situated. He left me to try the different mattresses and then came across, offered me a cup of coffee which was very much appreciated. He must have spent a good hour and a half with me and knew his job and answered my questions fully. I left the store after purchasing three beds (two doubles and one single) and couldn't believe the time . It genuinely was a lovely, unhurried and unpressured experience. Considering I was only coming in to browse, I think Abdul did a very good job for Dreams. Thank you

We were greeted as we walked into the store but were left to look for ourselves before being approached by a member of staff who was very attentive without being too full on and making us feel pushed into a purchase. We were guided by his knowledge and the info that we provided as to what we were looking for. Very very helpful member of staff.

The sales representative listened to my needs, I have a bad back, he gave excellent advice

Everything was handled in a professional and friendly manner and nothing was to much trouble.
