Dreams - Slough

The "colleague" Abdul was extremely helpful. Labelling of the mattresses, e.g. spring, med firm etc., was very useful. Seem to be a good deal of choice.

Everything was handled in a professional and friendly manner and nothing was to much trouble.

Unlike a previous Dreams store, not a million miles away, the personnel in the Slough store were human, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and thorough. We had fun.

This is not the first purchase I've made from Dreams and that's why I keep coming back!

Khalid was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He hit the right balance of giving us space and giving us advice to help choose the right bed. Khalid gave us a lot of his time without being pushy or pressurising us.

We loved the fact that the person selling was not disturbing us whilst we were trying all of the mattress and making our decision at the same time appiering in a right time to give us useful information that helped us to stay and make a purchase instead of leaving to another shop, at last i really loved him being very calm, to the point and very clear when finalizing our order. It was very good experience, hope to a good sleep at night on our new bed and mattress. P.S. We came to buy a mattress but ended up buying a bed too and that's just due to a great service.

Everyone had great product knowledge and were very helpful during our visit.

The dreams staff person "Khalid" made us feel at home. He thoroughly understood our requirements and showed us products which suit our needs. We found he has a very good knowledge about the products and we are completely satisfied with his service.

Our assistant Ash was very polite, friendly and helpful.

Ash was fantastic. Really personable and understood our needs perfectly. It was the best shopping experience I have had in a really long time. I wish every experience buying something for my house was like that
