Dreams - Slough

Refreshing to shop for goods and get 1st class service. All staff at the Slough shop were so friendly and helpful in particular Peter who went out if his way to assist me looking for a bed and bedroom furniture. I will definately be sending friends over to.your Slough store. Thank you ..... great experience!

Khalid helped us choose the perfect mattress for us , he did not rush us and informed us about other items that we could buy. We bought a mattress protector and also insurance.

The store had what I was looking for, and I won't have to wait too long for delivery.

I was greeted in a friendly way. The store layout was explained. I was asked what I was looking for and I was shown all that applied to my needs. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want or extras, I was treated as an equal and have already recommended Dreams to a friend. I hadn't realised interest free is available so this was explained too.

I was extremely impressed with my visit to the Slough Dream store and it was mainly down to the excellent customer service I received from Ash and Abdul. From the moment I stepped into the store I was made to feel very welcome by Ash and was dealt with in a very professional yet freindly manner - his interpersonal skills are fantastic and he engaged with me on a personal level guiding me through my purchase asking the right questions which helped me make an informed decision. Both he and Abdul who helped with the completion of the order made my visit and order very simple and easy, they even showed great patience whilst I liased with my Mum over the phone for whom I was buying the bed. They were very attentative and helpful with my order. Great customer service and yes I will be back!

The staff were polite and listened to ourx requirements, they went out of thier way to get us express delivery, and didnt rush us to made up our minds.
