Sales assistant very helpful and understanding. Went through all the products until I found the right bed.

The sales assistant Ivan was really knowledgeable and patient with us. It was our first time buying a mattress so we were unsure of what to look for. Ivan took us through our options to find something to meet our needs and budget. We had plenty of opportunity to test the mattresses for comfort, even though it was closing time in the store

Khalid understood our needs and he was there to give advise on what we wanted and was patient.

The customer service was excellent and friendly.

Humza and Abdul were both very friendly and helpful. Humza had great product knowledge and assisted me in making the right choice and also suggested new bedding and showed me a range of different duvets and pillows. Great.

The store assistant who helped us was very accommodating. he gave us support but also gave us the space we needed to make our decision on purchase. He also took time to understand our needs and was forthcoming with options that were tailored to what we were looking for.

Aamina and Abdul were exceptionally helpful. We were a little unsure ref what mattress we needed & Aamina and Abdul really took their time to fully understand and then clarify all the options available to us. We did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase. I have to commend both Aamina and Abdul for their product knowledge, listening skills, friendliness, empathy and exceptional Customer Service. We came in looking for a mattress and ended up buying 2 beds and mattresses with all the cover!! And feel really pleased with our choices!! I am a Customer Service Trainer , so am sensitive to service situations. You have 2 very professional service providers in Aamina and Abdul. Hold on to them both!! Thank you, Carmen Lester

i finalised the mattress in a different shop. if not the store manager , i would have got it from different shop. was impressed with the customer service of the store and hence went ahead with Dreams

Was served by a gentlemen name Ash in the slough store he was very very patient and made sure we had the correct product he too his time and was a very kind person 10 out of 10 customer service
