Dreams - Slough

I have received an outstanding service from Peter and was fortunate to take advantage of very good price promotions.

The moment I walked into the Dreams store in Slough, I was greeted by two young chaps namely Abdul & Ash. I was offered a drink and pillow and was kindly asked about my needs. Abdul processed my order and Ash assisted my throughout. Abdul clearly iterated what I was paying for, the sizes of my items and showed attention to detail throughout my order. I was highly impressed by the professionalism all staff adhered to whilst on my visit. They would occasionally smile and asked my about my current bed/mattress and what made me change. They way the rapport was built impressed me so much that I was merely just having a browse but decided to purchase as I felt that the customer service was excellent. The shop looked very clean and I opted for the Flaxby mattress as I was told it was naturally hand made, had 4000 pocket springs as well as natural fillings. I believe the store standards were excellent and all the other customers were happy too. Rob was very helpful as by assisting me on the pillows. I can honestly say the morale in the store was very high & I will definitely be recommending family and friends to the Slough store. I had a very pleasant experience indeed. Thank you! :)

Peter was very helpful. It made us come back to this store to order even tho we have several stores nearer our current home. But Peter is near our new home

Pleasant greeting as I entered the store. Colleague asked if I would like a drink, Polite and friendly and when I asked for information concerning product he explained and showed me the item. Very efficient when ordering the item for me.

Was only window shopping with no intent to purchase but service, recommendation and benefits changed my mind

Your colleague Abdul was extremely friendly when he approached us, he listened to what we wanted in our new bed & mattress, he gave us guidance in what was available and allowed us to look around without nagging or bothering us. when we were ready to ask questions Abdul was readily available and very knowledgable. He made the ordering process simple and straight forward explaining all the options that were available to us and how much different things cost.

Dram colleague (Khalid) was very very helpful and informative. All options were clearly explained. Also as the order had multiple items to be delivered , some on different dates, we thought this was very well handled. There was no pressure to buy, only simple honest advice along with the Tempur video. The setting up of the credit agreement was flawless. Thank you Dreams and Khalid, we shall recommend and be coming back soon.

I purchased a single bed 10 years ago from Dreams,the quality of the bed and mattress was excellent. The same bed is still in good condition. Hopefully my new purchase from a Dreams would be same.

I visited 5 other stores and came back to Dreams because the I had selected the TV bed and the combination was best suited to what I wanted. Peter the assistant had alot to do with why I came back, not pushy and polite
