Our assistant, Nesti offered us both a coffee and explained about the different beds and mattresses.

Helpful staff

We arrived at the store at 5.45pm, the store closed at 6. I felt a bit awkward because I knew it was going to take a while to choose a mattress. But the man who served us did not rush us. He was helpful and showed us the right mattress for us. All the staff were really friendly and if they did mind being kept waiting they certainly didn't show it.

Very good customer service provided, friendly manner but was not pushy for a sale. Understood what we were looking for and worked with our requirements.

Abdul was serving us. We were offered tea or coffee. Very polite and great customer service. Didn't feel rushed and had the possibility to try the mattress first. He was very helpful. At the completion he explained all the terms& conditions to us before signing them. Great service!
