They took great effort to help me as a customer and I was treated very well. All my queries were answered promptly. Overall it was a very pleasant experience shopping at this Dreams store. I would highly recommend this store.

We were met by Morris as soon as we arrived at the store and he offered assistance straight away without being pushy. Once we made a decision on the product we wanted, he discussed further options available to us as well as a service contract which will benefit us in case of any damage. Following Morris' friendly help, we also decided to buy a matching headboard for the divan base. Morris showed us what is available and helped us to find the right product at a price that suited. He made the necessary changes to the order and the process was very quick and smooth. We will definitely return to this store based on our experience today. Thank you to the team at Slough! Greeted as we walked into the store given tea and coffee and satisfied with Manager Rob's suggestion for sorting out the tempur bed's assembly problems. He is going to visit the property to sort out himself. The whole experience has been a pleasure and the product knowledge has been amazing

I found the staff members, particularly Nesti and Ash to be very friendly, helpful and approachable. We were offered refreshments before we had decided to buy and were told straight away to ask for any assistance required. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us to find what we wanted within budget. We even got a balloon for my son to keep him entertained. We were assisted to our car with the items we were taking away and found the staff fantastic. We were also very impressed with the items that were being sold for charity and purchased quite a few. This is a great idea and they were not over priced.

Meet with a friendly face and talked through my needs then offered great sales products satisfied with the service but unsatisfied with the time it takes for the product to be ready. 4 weeks is too long when i have paid so much.
