The sales advisor was very helpful and friendly. He was able to help us with everything we needed and was able to answer all our questions. We were looked after and he made sure our sale went through smoothly and quickly.

KHALID was a very professional, knowledgeable, friendly man, who understood exactly what bed I was looking for. He spent time explaining the various beds available to me, and I was really happy with his service, I defiantly would recommend him, and this store to others

I bought my son's bed Base and head board was so happy with proud I went back to buy another bed double for my self as well as headboard and mates. The delivery men were excellent on time and polite as well as professional

I was looking for a good mattress for my mother who was coming home from hospital, didn't think I would be able to walk out with this product so that was a added bonus,Morris was very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for, needless to say my mother is very happy with her purchase.

We went in with only a fair idea of the sort of mattress & base we wanted. However, Khalid spent time going through the various options with us, based on our budget. He was very well-informed and helped us arrive at our final choices with patience & extreme courtesy. We went over our budget ( another skill he showed as a salesman, but no hard sell from him, just gently suggestive!) , but we came away very happy with the service we received from him, the price and the items purchased. Altogether really really pleased & now can't wait for delivery!

I have bought a good quality bed from Dreams before and needed to make a further purchase based on my positive previous experience.

Good service and advice from Khalid . BUT I have discussed your delivery charge with a number of people & each and every one would not purchase a mattress or bed from you because of this. People are amazed you charge £40. Mine was reduced to £20 because otherwise I would not have made the purchase & will not again.

We were served by Abdul in the slough store and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He understood our requirements and suggested the right products. Very helpful service, highly recommend the guy.
