Got what we had seen online, able to see & feel products is better than just looking online. Same price, matched free delivery in store as it was free online.

We were served by Mr Khalid Chaudhary today. Khalid was extremely friendly and gave us all the options and choices to choose. He advised us on what will look good for our requirement. Very kind, helpful and extremely polite. We found what we needed, shop was very clean and overall a fantastic experience.

Movin, the assistant, was very knowledgeable and was able to sell us what we needed even when we weren't sure to start with what that was.

Morris was attentive to what I wanted. Took the time to show me a range of different options. I could see he was very passionate about his job and very knowledgeable. He had a friendly approach which you could warm to. I felt looked after and felt comfortable with the final choice I had made. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision.
