After originally placing the order on line there was a discrepancy as the delivery address I wanted wasn't where my payment card was registered to. I was advised by the sales team on line to attend a local store. On arriving I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who was very helpful. He took the time to understand my needs and swiftly dealt with my request. The service was excellent. Regards Julian

The service was good from beginning to end. Morris was the person that helped me from finding the mattress I wanted and following things through to payment. Morris was very thorough and made sure he explained all options available to me. You have a great employee in Morris.

Ash was extremely polite and helpful without the felling of being put under any pressure. Excellent choice of beds and mattresses, and we were given lots of time to try each size and repeat!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and tried very hard to meet our needs with regard to price and quality. Marky (Pitt) recommended us to the store and Ash did a good job of looking after us.

Ash and Rob, made this a very enjoyable shopping and purchasing experience taking the time listen and not showing an once of frustration after several mind changes at the last minute and reassuring me I can I always exchange within a 40 day period, I sometimes walk away from a large purchase with regret and a number of unanswered questions where the seller has presseure sold, and this has not at all been the case I feel educated and have a totally carefree consciousness that this was the right purchase. I also had my father who's best friend used to own a bed shop and in nature is talkative and likes to really test sales staff knowledge, the team handled him very well and effortlessly and actually took the pressure of me as he is quite a difficult man who few manage to handle well. So yes good experience here.
