We received an amazing experience the staff knew the products and helped us all the way through we ended up spending a lot of money on a tempur bed and mattresses. The tea and coffee where a nice gesture as well! We will always use your store in the future. Nothing was too much trouble

I am highly satisfied with my shopping experience at Dreams Slough because I was served by an extremely helpful and friendly sales advisor called Morris, he was happy to help me look around the store and test many mattresses helping me find one suitable for me, he also spent a fair amount of time advising me on the most suitable mattresses they had in my price range, I am extremely grateful for the help I received in the store as I came away a very happy customer with a very good mattress. Thankyou for the fantastic customer service I received.

Very knowledgeable sales and prompt service from Rob at Dreams in Slough. I usually dread shopping for home furnishings but on this occasion I was pleasantly surprised

Humza was very helpful is explaining differences between mattresses and pointing out the most value for money items to suit our needs. He processed the sale very quickly and arranged a delayed delivery date to fit in with us.

The assistant was extremely helpful and not at all pushy like they can be in other stores. He made me a cup of tea and explained where everything was and the color coding on the beds.

Mr. Khalid was very helpful when we were trying to choose the ideal product and explaining the details of the product that was purchased.

Abdul was very helpful, giving us all the information we needed to make a decision and importantly the space and time so we did not feel harassed into anything. He was very polite and professional.

I was served by Ash in the Slough store and he was great from the first minute. He approached us just after we arrived and offered both assistance and tea or coffee (nice touch) He then recognised we wanted to be left alone initially and only approached again when he could tell we had some questions. He answered our questions with expert knowledge and was polite and humorous throughout. When finalising the deal Ash was also very helpful and explained all of the specific details, including cover packages. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I'm someone that normally dislikes being 'sold to' as such but on thus occasion it's a big thumbs up from me.
