The sales advisor Khalid was very personable and had extensive knowledge of the Tempur product range. There was no rush and all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. He went through the terms and conditions including the price match that Dreams offered. We were even more delighted when we found the same product at Daniels in Windsor who offered two free pillows and Dreams matched the offer fantastic. We will be recommending Dreams to our friends and will come back next time we need and bedroom furniture.

Our requirements were heard and understood in detail firstly. Secondly we were allowed to have ample time to test all the mattresses to get and feel right comfort with respect to mattress. All the terms and conditions before the purchase was made was very well articulated and so what I need as I customer is just to make a decision and that was made easy for me to do.

Where do I begin. Within a minute of entering the store I was approached by a friendly salesman, I though here we go again. The man asked me if I had been to The store before, I replied a long time ago. He asked a couple of questions and LISTENED to my answers, he explained the colour coding of mattresses and the layout of the store. He was extremely knowledgeable of the products and professional. Result was a didn't purchase the single occasional use mattress I had intended to buy but purchased a double everyday day mattress and ottoman base. I know I wasn't the biggest spender of the day but I never intended to be, I also didn't intend to purchase from the first shop I went into yesterday but I did. I have nearly 30 years experience in sale and customer service I gave this salesman a hard time but he rose to the challenge he is an asset to your team and company. Top man deserves an award WELL DONE
