I have already logged on via pillow talk and completed this survey but if you didn't get it. The salesman was excellent, polite, friendly, knowledgable of products and professional but not pushy. Unlike some sales people they do not listen, he asked me questions and listened to answered then recommended and suggested products to fit my requirements. I had no intention to purchase from the first store that I visited that day and my intention was to purchase a single occasional use mattress. Top marks to Ash I purchased a double everyday use mattress with ottoman base. I have nearly 30 years experience in sales and customer service I gave him a hard time asking questions wanting delivery ASAP. I spent much more than I was going to, the bed was delivered within 2 hrs of me leaving the store. Ash deserves a medal excellent salesman and service thank you.

the salesman mr morris was very helpful and at no time were we pressurised. he was well informed on all the products we were interested and explained in detail the service provided by your company. he was courteous and polite and patient with two 85 year old customers. we felt at eas all through the purchase.

The member of staff new all aboutvthe product he was selling . And he was very polite. I will centertnally be returning to my local dreams . I am looking forward to the arrival of my new bed.

During my visit the staff showed me around asked about my needs and price range let me try the product eg lying on the mattress and asked whether I wanted a tea and coffee. It was a easy visit and I placed my order and everything was explained to me

I was greeted on arrival and remembered from my previous visit when I purchased a bed - big plus! I was dealt with with the appropriate level of attention and proactive assistance. The Sales Assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the products I was interested in purchasing. The Sales Assistant was so friendly and it was a pleasure to be served by him.
