Peter was friendly and very helpful, explained the products and was attentive! Liked the different colours for different firmness - made it so much easier! Would of liked a bigger selection of sofa beds - only negative!

I was greeted on arrival - huge plus the Sales Assistant remember me from my previous purchase very encouraging to add value and care to the customer. I was given thorough and clear advice on the purchases I brought. I enjoyed the Sales Assistant support and advice it was a pleasure being served by him.

There was lots of choice of beds and mattresses, very good information on all the mattresses given by the helpful staff, Morris went out of his way to provide me information and sorted me out with a convenient delivery date

the store person Ash welcomed us right away and asked if he could be of assistance . we said we were looking for metal headstands and took us right to them..my wife chose the one she liked and then she asked Ash about the mattresses. he asked us the type and size and also the price range we were looking for and toll us directly to the sales offers. he understood exactly what my wife was looking for and asked her to try out several mattresses . she was pleased with the selection in our price range and chose the one she liked..we then ordered and ASH told us about other options for extended cover / replacemnets/ etc ...the transaction was very smooth and we ordered everything we wanted

We were made very welcome, the assistant Ash was very knowledgeable and friendly. All our requirements were listened to & we were well looked after, even had a lovely cup of coffee made for us! We would definitely go back or recommend this store to others & we are looking forward to our delivery.

Rob from the Slough store was a great help. He spent a long time with us helping to make the best desicion for us. He was really knowledgeable and helped us with the pros and cons of the many frames and mattresses we looked at. Look forward to receiving our order!

Excellent customer service from Ash. He really took the time to understand our needs; mine in particular as I suffer from back pain. He suggested what would be the ideal mattress and left us to make our own decision. There was no hard selling at all. It's the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Your staff are an asset to your company!
