Fast service and particularly pleased with how quick delivery will be, refreshing compared to Harveys and others lead times.

I was dealt with by Ash and Rob (visited store twice), both gentlemen where extremely helpful, friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about the products I wanted to purchase. I did not feel rushed and I felt that both Ash and Rob dealt with my wishes extremely professionally and in a courteous manner. For once, buying a bed seemed almost a pleasure!

Good customer service, and great delivery leadtime, pleasantly surprised how quickly the bed will be coming.

We were welcomed by Khalid, who gave us his full attention during our visit. He was knowledgeable and polite and understood our requirements quickly. We watched a film on a comfortable bed, and he made us tea and coffee. He was not at all pushy and we did not feel pressured. He advised us about additional products to go with our new bed, which were relevant and we purchased them. We were disappointed that the duvets on offer were sold out in the size we needed.

WE RECEIVED EXCELLENT FRIENDLY SERVICE AND WERE GIVEN LOTS OF GUIDANCE ABOUT THE LAYOUT OF THE BEDS AND WHAT WAS WHAT. WE HAVENT BOUGHT A NEW BED FOR MANY YEARS AND THIS WAS ACTUALLY MADE VERY EASY. WE WERE SHOWN TEMPUR IN THE POD AND THAT WAS IT DECISION MADE. CANT WAIT FOR IT TO ARRIVE NOW.
