I was highly satisfied as a staff was very helpful and everything went fast.

I have bought my first 'ever' bed with you and I was really pleased about how easy your company made it for me. I had previously been checking on line and was getting very confused about what type of mattress would suit me and the type of divan I wanted. When I went into your shop and a member of your staff offered himself to help me (Khalid), the shopping was made very easy and I felt I had found the products I was looking for.

I was given plenty of advice, never pushed in one direction or another, and if the assistant wasn't able to answer a question, then another assistant was able to do so. They were helpful, but not pushy.

As soon as we walked in Khalid welcomed us and introduced himself offering his assistance. He talked us through the mattresses and showed us the products. He gave us excellent customer service and we would definitely return to dreams for our future needs.

The assistant was knowledgeable, and not pushy. We looked at Tempur mattresses and when we looked at cheaper options he immediately started to explain these options.

Salesman was exceptional. never pushy, happy to invest as much time as needed and extremely knowledgeable. Quiet passive manner which was very engaging

For a long time I thought about buying a new mattress, inadvertently I was next to the store in the Slough and decided to come in to ask around and have a look. Mr Morris assisted me, he was kind, I immediately told him that I'm only looking but it did not prevent him to show me the products, giving me advice, answers to my questions, completely different than in other stores also Dreams stores, where after saying "I just looking 'assistants immediately disappear. A few days later I decided that I would come with my wife show her mattress, we had the ability to go to the store closer to us but we decided to go a little further to the store in Slough, among other things, because of the great service of the Mr Morris. Would recommended this store to my friends.

We were pleasantly greeted upon entering the store,shown to the area where a range of choices were displayed, whilst we were looking, Ash the assistant asked if we would like a coffee, which gave us time to consider our choices. He was very polite and considerent and we were served efficiently and quickly.

Helped in store by Khalid, who was very knowledgeable. We went in very confused, especially regarding what type of mattress we needed. He was very helpful, providing easy to understand information, pillows in various sizes to make it easier when trying mattress' and given our young daughter a balloon to keep her occupied. He talked through all the information with us and we felt we were able to make the right decision for us.
