Dreams - Slough

We were served by a lovely gentleman by the name of Peter Newton based at your Slough Branch on Bath Road. He dealt with us very well. He was completely professional throughout. We were considering buying a bed for our daughter. I decided to purchase due to the excellent service from Peter. I even bought tge matress on the same visit as a result of Peter. He was excellent because he was not over bearing or fake. He wasn't a typical sales person. The irony here being that he sold ! Well done to him. I will definitely come back. I was assisted by Ash and Rob today. They were both extremely helpful and and helped me choose the bed I wanted. Ash was kind enough to offer me a coffee and I found him very friendly yet professional at the same time. I would highly recommend this store to friends/family. Exceptionally happy with the customer service I received and the product I have ordered.

I was highly satisfied with the assistance and how kind the assistant was. He knew highly about all the products and allowed me to gain full experience of each one. Everything in the store was tidy and neat and well organised.

When entering the store the assistant Humza asked if we needed any help, we said if you could leave us for a while to look around. He kindly left us for a while then came back and answered lots of our questions to do with storage and types of matresses. When entering at first very confused with all different types, but Humza explained everything very well and was very patient. He then advised us on how we had spent a lot of money why not protect the matress and bed as well. Would definatley shop here again.

When I explained to Abdul exactly what I wanted,he was knowledgeable with the different options available. Took a lot of time explaining the differences in choice.

Humza was a highly knowledgable and helpful sales assistant, and went beyond the call of duty to find me a good deal. He was polite and took pride in his work which is something as a customer is very evident. The team is obviously happy there as they were all happy, helpful and polite! I will definitely go to Dreams Slough again.

We were greeted well on entry. Help was specific to our needs and the sales assistant did not try to persuade us to try/buy something we did not want. He was helpful and efficient.

I was unsure of what duvet to get as I wanted to be cool in bed and not have a duvet that made me too hot like the cheap one I currently had, 2 staff members helped me by giving me in depth product knowledge, they were more than willing to help and an asset to your company. Very friendly and excellent customer service!
