I phoned ahead and Peter checked the stock and put a mattress aside for me to collect. He greeted me as I entered the store, dealt with me to a very high level and carried the mattress to the car for me.

I had Khalid that helped me find a bed. I didn't know what I was looking for and I didn't know where to start. But he was very patient and helpful. Can't wait for my new bed to arrive.

Easy to approach, found what we wanted easily

Beds and mattresses were organised such that we were able to quickly find what we were after We were able to examine the mattresses and select a short list that we could could discuss with the sales assistant (Rob). Rob was very helpful and went out his way to find what we wanted and to offer advice without being pushy.

Khalid was really friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us explanations on the different types of mattresses which helped us a lot in our decision.
