Abdul who looked after us was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Wide range of mattresses available but with his help we were able to select the best option for our needs.

We really enjoyed our visit and felt very welcomed by all the staff. The manager was very friendly. Also the friendly atmosphere between all the staff was lovely to see. We were given full assistance through out the entire stay. And the staff really impressed us with all the info about each product in detail. Thank u and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I wanted to buy a guest bed. Was shown selection to try and given coffee. I was not hurried while making my choice. A price was quoted and checked. Delivery date confirmed to suit me, arrangement made to collect my old bed.Was given a large bag to put the old mattress in. Also said delivery men would help putting old mattress in if I needed assistance. When delivered old bed will be taken away and new bed will be assembled and placed where I want it. It is my 2nd purchase.

Your Bath Road store in Slough has a very pleasant atmosphere when I visited to buy a mattress. All the staff were very friendly especially Movin who showed me the types of mattresses and explained their functions. He was not pushy to make a sale and made me feel that I had purchased the mattress according to my needs. Even though the store was busy the sales staff were friendly. Ahmed is the other sales person who I met for the payment. I am very satisfied with your store and hope you will convey my satisfaction to your Bath Road Dreams store.

We knew that we wanted a zip and link SuperKing Divan, but had little knowledge of what the right bed would be for us. Rob was excellent with his customer care, taking time to provide details about the way the beds were made, the benefits of different numbers of springs and fillings, watch outs in terms of how we sleep. He was very detailed and listened carefully to what we were asking. He had a very warm and friendly manner, which engaged us and built trust very quickly, which ultimately resulted in a sale. Great customer service, we'd come back and deal with Rob again.
