Dreams - Slough

I went in to research the products and came back later with my husband. On both occasions Peter served us and was very attentive whilst leaving us to wander around and not push us towards anything in particular. We were able to experience the Tempur bed on both occasions again without pressure to buy this product.

Excellent customer service throughout by Ash, our customer representative. Very good product knowledge and very thorough without being too pushy.

Very helpful salesperson, very knowledgeable and helped with suggestions based on our needs and preferences.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience, as I was trying to make a decision from two favourite beds. He took his time with the choosing of the mattress too. Nothing was too much trouble.

It was an easy process

Staff were great. Knowledgeable & helpful but not pushy. The Cup of fresh tea was a nice touch in pottery mugs.

We were served by Morris, he was extremely helpful throughout our visit. He was not pushy and took his time to answer any questions. His product knowledge was great which aided us in making our purchase.

Rob and Peter particularly Rob who took over from Peter took a lot of time listening to me and made very helpful suggestion to solve all problems. He also took time to explain what I didn't understand. Peter organised a lovely cop of tea! Spending that much money is hard as a pensioner but Rob was great and full of understanding. As it was more than I intended to spend he must have done a good job!

Abdul was very attentive to our needs, had a good understanding of the products and was able to explain the nuances to us very well
