i was highly satisfied as I was able to wander around the shop without been harassed by salesmen but when I required a sales men they where there straight away to help and advise.

The service received from the member of staff (Humza)was excellent and friendly. He had excellent product knowledge and knew exactly what we were looking for. While we were looking around the shop floor Humza who was assisting us stayed with us all throughout to answer any questions we had regarding the beds or mattresses. He was a joy to deal with throughout our stay at the store. The only thing we didn't like was the price of fixing the bed £49, especially after spending all that money already!!!

Humza was very helpful and quickly found the answers to all of our questions - checking before making any claims. He gave us all the attention that we needed but also gave us plenty of space to make our deliberations.

We was satisfied by the serivce provide by Abdul he was so helpful and was patient with us throughout our decisions and provided us with all the information we required along with being passionate for selling and had a spring about him to serve us which was really good to see.

Hamza has an excellent customer service. Has enough knowledge about the products and services. We got what we wanted as he helped us with the bed and recommended the mattress as we weren't sure which type to get. The only thing we would like to say though the assembly price is high.

I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered the store, and given a cup of tea. I was shown a video and tried several mattresses. I wasn't put under any pressure and Ash listened to what I needed. I was made to feel comfortable while I was considering my options. He certainly knew what he was talking about.

Our assistant, Khalid, gave us lots of space and time whilst giving us all the information and help we needed. He was very patient and diligent.

Fantastic service, not a pushy sales person and very knowledgeable in the beds and mattress. Also provided great advice after taking the time to listen to our requirements. I would highly recommend your company and this sales man to friends and family.

We were very impressed with the level of product knowledge provided by Khalid. He was very informative and helpful but was not too pushy.
