i HAVE BEEN A DIRECTOR OF A MAJOR RETAIL CHAIN BEFORE i RETIRED. YOUR COLLEAGUE KHALED WAS HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS AND TOOK THE TIME TO GUIDE ME THROUGH YOUR RANGE. WHEN HE COMPLETED THE SALE HE SUGGESTED ADDITIONAL ITEMS THAT I MAY HAVE FOUND USEFUL. HE WAS TRULY EXCELLENT AND AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY.

We went into store and were greeted by Khalid an experienced and very competent sales person. I explained I was looking for something quite specific and he found me a mattress that I was highly satisfied with. The service I received throughout my visit was fantastic. It was my first time buying from dreams and I will be back shall I need to. 10/10 for service and product quality.

I went to the Slough Dreams and spoke to Nestim, who was very helpful and gave me lots of information about all the different beds and products. He spent lots of time showing me all of the different options and was clearly very enthusiastic about what he did. He was very professional and I felt that Dreams had really cared about the whole experience - I would definitely recommend them. I can't wait for my new bed to turn up in the New Year. Very professional service and a understanding of our needs

Our store assistant, Movin Morris, was very helpful and attentive of our needs. He was friendly and answered all of the questions we had as well as passing on recommendations for alternative options.
