Dreams - Slough

We were greeted at the entrance by Morris, given we don't go in bed shops very often this put us at ease straight away. We hand sanitised and Morris outlines your commitment to the COVID guidance and ensuring safety at all times. We then went over to the bed machine, then the bed options and then finally the payment. The total time spent in the shop would have been c. 30 minutes. Morris offered us refreshments throughout and his knowledge and passion for his profession was noticeable.

The sales assistant that helped me was cheerful, friendly, knowledgable and patient. She took the time to chat to me, my dad and teenage son to ensure that we were happy with the product we chose and the price we paid. She was fantastic!

Customer service team was very pleased to assist me specially Mr Ash who served us was very good.

As a customer it could not have been better. Ash was so helpful and friendly we both felt very comfortable talking with him. We had our 2yr old twins with us and Ash made sure the main door was closed and drinks were provided. The knowledge he had meant we were quickly able to choose the mattress that felt much better than our current Nectar one and was within our budget. We will absolutely be coming back for our children's beds in the near future.
