Khalid was extremely professional and helpful and clearly understood our needs and what we needed. It was a pleasure shopping at Dreams and well done Khalid.

As me and my wife entered the store we where approached by a member of staff called Ash, his approach was vey friendly and offered us a tea or coffee as we entered and helped us through our selection in making a decision in our new bed, he was very friendly and built a great report with me and my wife - we ended up buying more then what we came in for as his service was amazing and professional. He also showed us many mattress types to suit our needs. I would highly recommend the Slough store and Ash to all my friends and family. Also when buying bed in the future would only go back to get the great service. I also work in customer service and getting service like we did was amazing and couldn't ask more anymore. Service like that is so important and really meant a lot. Thanks

The sales colleague at the Dreams store had a high level of knowledge that he was able to communicate to us, this helped us make an informed decision on the product we eventually bought.

Movin Morris the sales assistant, was knowledgeable, understood our requirements and constraints. He was able to ensure we were satisfied with the product he showed with a payment plan that's works.
